is a specialised back-office service provider of securitisation Compartments as well as bank-independent, insolvency-protected securitisation platforms. Our expertise lies in the realisation and maintenance of intelligent securitisation solutions for institutional clients.

Together with our clients, we develop suitable securitisation structures and subsequently take over the establishment and administration of the securitised asset structures. As part of our holistic approach, we offer comprehensive issuance advice. Among other things, we support the client in structuring the various parameters of the Compartment, act as calculation agent and coordinate a possible listing or other publication platforms.
